First Parish Worship Service

People of all faiths and no faith are welcome to attend a special service from the First Parish of Malden with Reverend Otto Concannon, offered hybrid – both online and in-person. The service will explore the themes of this year’s Malden Reads book selection, “The Boy Who Harnessed The Wind,” by William Kamkwamba. The service will include related readings, a children’s message, music and a sermon that draws from the book’s themes.

Participants that come in-person have the option to stay for the book discussion at noon. The book discussion is offered in-person only. No need to register in advance to attend the service in-person. Refreshments will be served in the time between the service and the book discussion.
